3 WFH Outfits

Katerina Esquivel

We chatted with Elizabeth May (@playgroundinheels on Instagram) and she gave us her take on 3 Work From Home Looks. Keep reading to find out how she's styling herself these days!

Go big because you're home! While we're all at home we might as well take this opportunity to experiment with bold new wardrobe looks, because who's going to see you? You never know what will translate into your new work look when we emerge from the social quarantine. I have been playing with mixing patterns and textures and upping my accessorizing game for spring. I see big chunky gold chains paired with soft flowing florals for spring.

And dust off those special occasion earrings and pair with a simple cargo jumpsuit to create a laid back polished style.

And what day is it again, Monthurday? To prevent your week from turning into a COVID version of Groundhog's Day, instead, Monday through Friday try challenging yourself to get dressed like you are going to work and wear something in a way you've never tried before. Wear a floral skirt with a striped top, pair animal prints with bright spring colors. It's a fun and easy way to introduce a little bit of structure to the week.

I do feel like Sisyphus in heels when it comes to homeschooling my 6 year old, keeping my 3 year old (who thinks he's Spider Man) from cannon-balling from the top bunk, and Zooming with my fellow VERY Real Estate Team agents. To shrug the boulder of stress off my back, I've made it a point to find daily social-distanced hiking adventures to get out of the house, out of the city, and get everyone some much needed fresh air and exercise. Who knew it would take a quarantine to reignite my passion for fashion and my love of the outdoors.
