Shipping and Returns


We may use UPS, Fedex, or USPS to deliver your purchases. Once items are received by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the item. For cases of theft, lost or damages to deliveries, it is the responsibility of the buyer to work with the respective carrier.  We only provide up to $50 of insurance for each shipment. If you require more, we encourage you to contact us and arrange for higher coverage amounts.

We ship items based on the address entered by customers. We are not liable for any loss or delays due to erroneous or incomplete address entries by customers. 

We try to ship within 48 hours but can take up to 72 hours. We are not liable for any delivery delays to actions specific to UPS, Fedex, or USPS.


We want you to love the things you purchase from us. As a small business, customer happiness is what keep us moving forward. So we will always try, within reason, to make you happy.

We have a 14-day-return-for-credit policy for all full price purchases. Please note that we consider weekends and holidays as part of the 14 days return window. Please note that any sales item is considered as final sale. Any custom order is also considered as final sale.

Please email or call us to initiate a return. We will provide you with a shipping label once the item has been issued a return number. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit. Please not not ship items on your own and without a return number. Item must be post-marked by the 14th day from when it was delivered to you. Please carefully package the item to ensure against damage. We only provide $50 of insurance for return packages. If your return requires more, please notify us when you initiate the return. Additional insurance cost will be deducted from your store credit amount. Any items sent to us, with postmark after the 14th day will be returned to sender and the return will be denied.

Items returned must be in original condition with all tags. Item must be new, unworn, unwashed and not altered in any way.

Gifts must have the original order invoice in order for us to initiate a return number. All gift returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price. 

We do not accept the return of any gift cards.

We reserve the right to deny ANY AND ALL returns at our discretion.
