BUYING
All sales are under the terms of our Return + Shipping policy.
Our displayed price does not include any shipping cost or any additional taxes that might be applicable to your purchase. At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the current price to secure your order. Our prices can change without prior notice. We do not offer price adjustments or offer any price matching.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel and/or decline any and all orders, even after submission. We do not guaranteed fulfillment of any order. We do not guaranteed the availability of inventory. All orders submitted are pending acceptance until a "Notice of Shipment" has been sent. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and shipping information for your order. Any items that you order on "Pre-Order" or "Special Order" are final sale. Such orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for any return claims.
PRODUCTS
We do not guarantee that our products will not cause allergies . In cases of allergy symptoms, discontinue use of the product and seek medical advice.
When you order items from us, you agree to waive all and any claims of liability and accountability for any allergic reactions experience. We are unable to offer returns or refunds due to allergic reactions to products.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the exact name and physical mailing address provided during the check-out process. You must provide your full legal name when placing an order. We cannot make any changes to packages or handling/shipping instructions once the item has been delivered to the shipping carrier. We may use any shipping service including FEDEX, USPS, and UPS. Each order will have a tracking number. Once we have deposited your purchase with a mail/shipping carrier, any risk and/or loss passes to you. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
