Returns and Refunds Policy

IN STORE TRANSACTIONS

For in-store purchases,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns. We politely decline exchange requests.

Per signage in store, by completing checkout and payment, the customer agrees that they have reviewed/tried on/examined all items and have found them to be satisfactory at the time of purchase.

Our return policy is firm for two reasons: One, we are a small business with a limited inventory. When items are out of the shop, we are unable to offer that item to other customers. Two, returns have a monetary cost for our small business. We pay a 3% to 5% credit card transaction fee for each purchase. This fee is not returned to us in case of a return and refund request.

To ensure a good retailer-customer relationship, we ask you to carefully consider each product and make your purchase with care. You can text us at 215.839.9154 or reply to this email with any other questions.

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS:  

Online orders can be returned within 5 days of the first delivery attempt.

No refund is provided.

For accepted online order returns, customer will be issued a store shopping credit, in the form of a courtesy shopping credit code that can be used for future orders within 365 days.

To initiate a return, send us an email or text to get a Return Authorization Number and send the item/s back to the shop right away. Any returns that are postmarked after the 5 business days from the first delivery attempt will be returned back to sender and considered as final sale. Buyer is responsible for all costs of insurance/shipping/packaging fees to get returned item/s back to the shop. Item/s should have all original tags, be in unused and in pristine condition. Pack it well. Damaged items will be declined for return. Once we receive your return/s, the courtesy shopping credit code will be issued to the email associated with the order within 14 business days. 

GIFT CARD TRANSACTIONS:  

For purchases of gift cards, all transactions are final sale and non-refundable. 

For purchases using funds from a gift card, all items are final sale and non-refundable.

Why? We are a small business with a limited inventory. When items are out of the shop, we are unable to offer that item to other customers. We encourage you to carefully consider each product and only purchase items that you love!
