Orders and Fulfillment Policy

TIMING:

Our order processing time is 2-5 business days.

RATE:

We offer flat-rate shipping for the USA with $50 of insurance. If you need faster order processing and shipping, international shipping requests and/or more insurance, please contact us via phone or email prior to ordering. We ship to the name and address provided during checkout.

LIABILITIES:

Once we have deposited your package with a mail/shipping carrier, any risk and/or loss passes to you. You are responsible for all/any sales and use taxes, import duties and any other fees that might be due with your order. In cases where the package is return to us due to incorrect address and/or you failed to coordinate delivery with the shipping provider, we will require you to pay for a new delivery label and all related shipping costs or we will considered the order as a return and issue you a store shopping credit.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. This is beyond our control. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at hello@mconceptshop.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide you with all information needed to file a claim with USPS or the shipper. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
