Returns + Shipping

ONLINE ORDERS

Full-priced clothing (excluding vintage) and jewelry (excluding earrings) may be returned within 7 days for a store credit. All vintage, home items, earrings and sale items (including promotional codes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All items must be returned with the original sales invoice, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and accompanying packaging. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our return policy.

For eligible returns, please  email (hello@mconceptshop.com) for a Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend the usage of carrier tracking and insurance to protect against package lost of damage while in transit.

Return packages must have the Return Authorization Number visible on the outside or the package will be returned to sender upon delivery attempt.

Online orders cannot be returned in-store.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Full-priced clothing (excluding vintage) and jewelry (excluding earrings) may be returned within 7 days for a store credit OR exchange. All vintage, home items, earrings and sale items (including promotional codes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All items must be returned with the original sales invoice, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and accompanying packaging. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our return policy.

M Concept does not honor price adjustments requests.

SHIPPING

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. We offer a flat-rate $6 shipping fee for anywhere in the USA with $50 of insurance.  If you need faster order processing and shipping, international shipping requests and/or more insurance, please contact us via phone or email prior to ordering.

We ship to the name and address provided during checkout. Once we have deposited your package with a mail/shipping carrier, any risk and/or loss passes to you. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.  We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at hello@mconceptshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with all shipping information and you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

You are responsible for all/any sales and use taxes, import duties and any other fees that might be due with your order. In cases where the package is return to us due to incorrect address and/or you failed coordinate delivery with USPS, we will require you to pay for a new delivery label and all related shipping costs.
