Returns + Shipping
SHIPPING, TIMELINE, LIABILITIES
Our order processing time is 2-5 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping for the USA with $50 of insurance. If you need faster order processing and shipping, international shipping requests and/or more insurance, please contact us via phone or email prior to ordering. We ship to the name and address provided during checkout. Once we have deposited your package with a mail/shipping carrier, any risk and/or loss passes to you. You are responsible for all/any sales and use taxes, import duties and any other fees that might be due with your order. In cases where the package is return to us due to incorrect address and/or you failed to coordinate delivery with the shipping provider, we will require you to pay for a new delivery label and all related shipping costs or we will considered the order as a return and issue you a store shopping credit. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with USPS. We will provide you with all shipping information and you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
ONLINE ORDERS RETURNS
Full-priced clothing (excluding vintage) may be returned within 7 business days of first delivery attempt for a store shopping credit for usage within 365 days. All jewelry, vintage, home items, and sale items (including promotional codes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and accompanying packaging. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our return policy. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend the usage of carrier tracking and insurance to protect against package lost of damage while in transit. Please note that shipping costs paid for the order will not be refunded. Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
HOW TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN
Within 7 days from the first delivery attempt: 1) Send the shop a text or email or call us to let us know what you want to return and ask for a Return Authorization Number; 2) Carefully pack and ship back the items you wish to return via Priority Mail or UPS Ground with insurance to fully cover the cost of all items being sent back; 3) Send the shop an email with your order information and the tracking number to confirm the return shipping.
Any returns that are postmarked after the 7 business days from the first delivery attempt will be returned back to sender and considered as final sale.
Buyer is responsible for all costs of insurance/shipping/packaging fees to get returned item/s back to the shop. Item/s should have all original tags, be in unused and in pristine condition. Pack it well. Damaged items will be declined for return. Once we receive your return item/s, the courtesy shopping credit code will be issued to the email associated with the order within 14 business days. IN-STORE PURCHASES RETURN
Any items purchased in store is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
